Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Superhard Cr-Si-C-N Coatings Prepared by a Hybrid Coating System

Cr-Si-C-N coatings were deposited on steel substrate (SKD 11) by a hybrid system of arc ion plating (AIP) and sputtering techniques.
